Our Meineke Car Care Center is an independently owned and operated automotive repair franchise. We currently have an opening for an Automotive Service Advisor in all of our locations.

We pride ourselves on outstanding service and a heavy focus on the shop environment for our employees. We’re looking to bring on new Automotive Service Advisors who are excited, passionate, and look forward to working at a fast pace!

Automotive Service Advisor Benefits:

  • Hourly + Commission-based Compensation (starting at $16/hr. + commission of gross profit on parts and labor)

Automotive Service Advisor Requirements:

  • At least two years in sales and estimate writing
  • Entry-level technician skills required (C-tech skillset)
  • At least one year of working with customers and automotive technicians
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Very competent in navigating computers and estimating software
  • Willingness to undergo a background check/drug screening
  • The position is full-time, five days per week
  • Excellent appearance, and verbal & written communication skills!
Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, greeting customers, and consistently following up
  • Evaluating customer concerns, preparing the proper work order, and communicating that between customers and our techs
  • Selecting proper parts, preparing written estimates, presenting estimates to customers, and ordering what's needed
  • Completing basic automotive services (i.e. oil changes, basic brake repairs, alignments, tire mount, and balance, etc.)
  • Participating in training when required
  • Key Holder - Opening/Closing the store location when needed
