Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful customer service positions with at least three years of experience, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, customer service, vendor services, inventory, writing repair orders.
- remedy customer complaints promptly
- ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Three or more years of experience in a customer service position for automotive is necessary
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
- Possess a state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record to operate vehicles
- Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership
