About the Role:
Join our team at Meineke - 2425 in Burnsville, MN as a Fleet Administrator. We are a leading automotive service provider dedicated to keeping vehicles running at their best. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to help manage our fleet operations.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow fleet business through proven sales skills
  • Must be willing to do cold sales calls, to develop program.
  • Oversee and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs for the fleet
  • Assist with overall customer service in the shop.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in fleet management or automotive service
  • Proven sales initiative ability
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
