Parc Auto Group LLC dba Meineke Car Care is searching for a driven and results-oriented Fleet Sales Manager to join our team! As a vital part of our company's growth, you will develop and manage relationships with businesses that operate vehicle fleets. You will leverage your expertise in the automotive industry to create customized maintenance programs that keep our clients' vehicles on the road and running smoothly.
 
Responsibilities:
·         Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers and decision-makers at local and national businesses.
·         Prospect and identify new fleet sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
·         Develop and present customized preventive maintenance programs that address the specific needs of each fleet.
·         Negotiate and close fleet service contracts to achieve or exceed sales goals.
·         Oversee the onboarding process for new fleet accounts, ensuring a smooth transition.
·         Maintain clear communication with fleet managers, keeping them informed of service progress and vehicle health.
·         Analyze fleet data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving solutions.
·         Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
·         Collaborate with the service center team to ensure timely and high-quality repairs for fleet vehicles.
·         Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Meineke’s latest offerings to provide the best possible service to clients.
 
Qualifications:
·         Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fleet sales, automotive repair, or a related field.
·         Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a business-to-business environment.
·         Strong understanding of fleet maintenance programs and best practices.
·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
·         Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software a plus.
·         Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
 
Compensation: From $60,000
