What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Full shop operations – Oversee daily workflow, customer service, and team performance.
  • Increase profitability – Grow revenue through upselling services, improving efficiency, and managing expenses.
  • Lead & motivate the team – Hold technicians accountable, coach service advisors, and build a high-performance culture.
  • Customer satisfaction & retention – Ensure every customer has a great experience and comes back.
  • Performance tracking – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales and shop growth.
  • Process improvement – Identify and fix inefficiencies to improve productivity and customer service.
  • Inventory & cost control – Manage parts, supplies, and vendor relationships to maintain profitability.
What We’re Looking For:

  •  3+ years of experience managing an auto repair shop, tire shop, or service franchise (Meineke, Jiffy Lube, Firestone, Midas, Valvoline, etc.).
  •  Proven ability to increase shop profitability – You know how to drive sales, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  •  Strong leadership skills – You can build and manage a team, hold people accountable, and create a winning culture.
  •  Customer-first mindset – You understand how to deliver great service and increase customer retention.
  •  Problem-solver – You take ownership, find solutions, and don’t wait for others to fix issues.
  •  Familiarity with auto repair services – You don’t need to be a mechanic, but you should understand how services are sold and delivered.
