About the Role

  • As a Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring the shop runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. You’ll lead by example—motivating your team, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and employees alike. Responsible for in store profitability, sales and service. Oversee and control daily operations, policy implementation, advertising/ promotions and strategic direction. 

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A self-starter with high energy and strong time management skills

  • A motivated leader who develops and inspires their team

  • Goal-oriented, confident, and results-driven

  • Customer-focused, with a proven ability to build long-term relationships

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) — a plus, but not required

  • Experienced in managing a high-volume automotive service or tire shop

A background in tire sales or automotive retail is a strong advantage.
