About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Service Manager to run a busy auto repair center in Haltom City. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage people, drive shop performance, and deliver great customer service.
If you’ve successfully led a shop or service team and know how to turn operations into results, we want to talk.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of automotive technicians
• Oversee daily shop operations and workflow
• Write accurate estimates and explain repairs to customers
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Drive revenue, profitability, and performance metrics
• Manage inventory and control costs
Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of automotive service or shop management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics
• Proven ability to hit revenue and performance goals
• Valid driver’s license
Preferred: Franchise experience (Meineke a plus), bilingual (English/Spanish)
Pay & Benefits
• $55,000–$65,000 base salary + performance bonuses
