New Franchised Auto Repair Shop
Lead a brand-new franchised auto repair shop from the ground up. We’re hiring a hands-on General Manager to run daily operations, build a strong team, and drive results from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Run daily shop operations: workflow, scheduling, and customer experience
- Hire, coach, and lead technicians and service advisors
- Ensure quality repairs, accurate estimates, and franchise standards
- Track KPIs (productivity, labor efficiency, sales, profitability)
- Manage expenses, compliance, and growth initiatives
What You Bring
- Management experience in auto repair or a similar service business
- Strong leadership and accountability skills
- Comfort using shop systems and performance data
- Motivation to build and grow a new location
First 90 Days

30 days: Franchise training; learn systems, POS, workflow, fleet processes

60 days: Warranty training; begin hiring and team development

90 days: Fully lead the shop; implement processes; manage performance
Pay & Benefits

$85,000–$125,000 base + uncapped performance incentives

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
