Automotive Store Manager | $120K–$150K+ Annual Earning Potential | San Angelo / Abilene

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead one of our top-performing locations. This is a high-car-count, $2M+ revenue store with a strong, established team already in place — the foundation is built. We need a leader who knows how to keep a great thing going and take it even further.

What you'll be doing (not all inclusive list):
- Leading and developing a tenured team of skilled technicians
- Delivering exceptional customer service that drives loyalty and repeat business
- Managing daily shop operations and holding the team to a high standard
- Driving revenue growth and managing store profitability
- Utilizing shop management software (Tekmetric) and reporting tools to track performance; other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for:
- 2–3+ years of automotive service management experience
- A sales-driven leader with a track record of growing revenue
- Strong communicator who can motivate a team and build customer relationships
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
