Our busy and growing Meineke location is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. We take pride in being honest, professional, and building long-term relationships with our customers — and we’re looking for someone who shares our values.
Automotive experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right motivated person with the right attitude.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and document service needs
- Prepare and clearly explain repair estimates
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Process payments and close repair orders
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office
- Assist with Inventory Management

- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Automotive knowledge is helpful, but we will train
