What you'll do:
Oversee and manage the daily operations and workflow
Lead, train and motivate the employees under your supervision
Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction
Manage scheduling, workflow, sales and tech performance
Maintain a safe, efficient and productive work environment
Actively work to keep the service schedule full to assure techs have plenty of work

Proven experience in a busy Auto repair shop or in automotive management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of vehicel diagnostics and repair processes
Ability to multi task and be a problem solver in a fast paced environment
Hands on management style reporting to and working with the GM
