We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Service Automotive Technician to join our team. This dual-role position combines automotive repair and maintenance with customer service and sales at the front counter. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Automotive Technician Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.) on various vehicle makes and models.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Front Counter and Sales Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in understanding their vehicle service needs and explaining recommended services.
- Process sales transactions, including parts and services, efficiently and accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification or relevant training preferred.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with potential for overtime.
- May require lifting heavy objects and working in various environmental conditions.
- Must adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
