About the Role:
Meineke - 3002 in Houston, TX is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone with automotive service inquiries
- Present and recommend automotive repair and maintenance services to customers
- Prepare and review service estimates, invoices, and work orders
- Upsell additional services and products to meet customer needs and drive revenue
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain basic automotive services and repairs
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive, team-player attitude with a strong work ethic

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
