Meineke in Forest Park, GA is looking for a driven and experienced Automotive Center Manager to lead our team and keep our shop running at peak performance. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily automotive service center operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of automotive technicians and service advisors
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed revenue targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Manage inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, shop policies, and brand guidelines
- Monitor quality control of all vehicle repairs and maintenance services
Requirements:
- Previous automotive service management or shop foreman experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with shop management software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong business acumen with a focus on sales and profitability
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
