About the Role:
Meineke is looking for a motivated General Service Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity to build your automotive career with one of the most recognized names in the industry. If you love working with your hands and keeping customers safely on the road, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
- Mount, balance, and install tires safely and efficiently
- Perform brake inspections and basic brake services
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the shop
- Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs as needed
- Operate shop equipment and tools in accordance with safety standards
Requirements:
- Prior automotive service or lube technician experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- ASE certification a plus, but not required

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
